The Men of SMC have periodic men's breakfasts, events and morning Bible studies where men can get to know other men, develop friendships and grow spiritually.

"As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another" (Proverbs 27:17). In this passage, we read of the importance of men being involved in mentoring/discipleship relationships with each other. At Shadow Mountain Church, we believe it is essential to the spiritual health and strength of our lives, our families, our church and the nation, that every man is involved in an Iron2Iron group. Our Iron2Iron groups consist of groups of 2-4 men who meet regularly for the purpose of being mentored, encouraged, challenged and supported in being the kind of men God has called us to be. The IRONMEN Men's Ministry Spring/Summer Study will be led by Pastor Cory on Wednesday mornings from, 7-8:15 am at Kneaders (Jordan Landing). We will be reading and discussing the new book by Voddie Baucham Jr. entitled: "Family Shepherds: Calling & Equipping Men to Lead their Homes" Our first study begins on Wednesday May 9th. IRONMAN BREAKFAST on Saturday, May 12th from 9-10:30 am at SMC. Cost $3.00 per person. This breakfast is a great opportunity to bring your friends who have never been to SMC before.

An IRONMEN "MOTHER'S DAY" CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST well be held on Sunday, May 13th (Mothers Day) at SMC as a way of letting MOM'S know how much we thank God for them and all they do. The continental breakfast is FREE and will be available before, during and after all Sunday morning services.

A MEN OF HONOR simulcast will take place at SMC on Friday evening, June 15th (time to be announced). The simulcast will be filled with solid teaching, inspiring worship, and powerful stories to challenge men to become strong men of honor for Christ and for the family. Mark your calendars and plan to come to this great event. There is NO COST to attend.
